AllHealth Network Mobile Response Unit

Imagine a world where every crisis call is met with care, compassion, and the tools to create lasting change.

The Mobile Response Unit (MRU) is a lifeline for the communities of Englewood and Littleton. This team—consisting of a Crisis Case Manager and a Registered Nurse—answers 911 calls in a specialized van equipped with essential supplies, medical tools, and wheelchair access.

Working in close partnership with local police departments, the MRU responds to calls from individuals facing behavioral health challenges, substance use concerns, or homelessness. From welfare checks to non-emergent suicidal ideation and other low-level crises, the MRU is a beacon of hope for those in need.

Did You Know?

  • 807 calls for service: In 2024, the MRU has already stepped in to assist hundreds of community members.
  • Proactive care: Nearly 43% of calls were proactive outreach, meeting individuals where they are before a crisis escalates.
  • Connecting people to care: The MRU successfully connects almost 50% of the individuals they encounter to ongoing behavioral health services.

The Impact of Your Support

With additional funding, the MRU could:

  • Expand services to neighboring communities like Sheridan, Glendale, and Greenwood Village by acquiring a second van and hiring more staff.
  • Provide more essentials such as medical equipment, hygiene kits, food, clothing, blankets, and bus passes, ensuring no one goes without basic necessities.

Your donation can transform lives and strengthen the safety net for our community. Together, we can ensure that no call for help goes unanswered.
