Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)

For individuals facing severe mental health challenges, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) offer a lifeline. Designed as a short-term, holistic treatment option, these programs run for 6–12 weeks, bridging the gap between hospitalization and weekly therapy while allowing clients to maintain their daily routines.

Participants engage in three three-hour group sessions per week, for a total of at least nine hours of educational and skill-building support. By addressing the physical, mental, and social aspects of well-being, IOP provides a comprehensive recovery experience for those managing trauma, substance use, and mental illness.

Our programs serve:

  • Adolescents (14–18) and adults with mental health needs.
  • Adults (18+) in our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) IOP, which supports individuals working toward recovery from substance use and co-occurring conditions, such as trauma.

Did You Know?

  • The SUD IOP offers a critical level of care, helping clients stay connected to their support systems while applying newly learned skills in real-life settings.
  • Contingency management, an evidence-based practice used in our SUD IOP, has proven highly effective in helping individuals overcome problematic substance use.

The Impact of Your Support

With additional funding, we can continue offering contingency management to those who need it most. As our current grant funding nears exhaustion, your support is essential to sustaining this valuable intervention and ensuring we remain a beacon of hope for those on the path to recovery.

Your contribution allows us to extend mental health services to those who need it most. Donate today!
